6, 5, 4, 3, 10, 11, 12 and 13‑T75N‑R20W (junction Iowa 14) and
easterly and northeasterly through Sections 18, 17, (east junction Iowa 5), 16,
15 and 14‑T75N‑R19W to a point approximately 1600 feet west of the
